Hope your crossing is favourable and you have recovered after your hectic week, I still think you did us proud, being there as a representative and finishing every race in very trying conditions is not to be sneezed at.

Tassie potatoes, I think when I used to work out at the Royal Easter Show there was a Tasmanian potato board stand, they used to sell hot chips, it was a long time ago but I am pretty sure that's what it was. Can't help you on the oven side of things. Mole Creek honey sounds good.
